I lived in North Hero, Vermont and to drive to Montpelier was quite a little trip. Through the mountains on the I n terstate highway to the capital of Vermont with it's gold dome ......this restaurant Horn of the Moon was downtown and I remember taking my little girl there for wonderful vegetarian food like I have never had again in a restaurant since! My daughter is now 23! Thank you for the comments both.
